Refund policy

How to cancel a purchase and get a refund: steps, timelines, digital goods, subscription, and balance.

General

Before delivery

You may cancel before digital access is granted or balance credited. PRO auto‑renewal can be disabled in account settings anytime; the current paid period remains active unless a refund applies.

Digital content

Within 14 days of payment if access was not provided due to our fault, content mismatches the listing, or law requires it. Heavy consumption may limit refunds for digital goods already supplied.

PRO & balance

Full refund for failed activation, duplicate charges, or unused trial where applicable. Unused balance top‑ups within 14 days if no purchases were made from that credit.

Creator listings

On‑platform checkout — this policy. Off‑platform chat deals — negotiate with the seller; you may copy support@ for mediation.

How to request a refund

Steps:

  • Email info@spagir.com (subject “Refund”) or call +79537761009.
  • Include account email, payment date/amount, product name, reason; refund goes to the original payment method.
  • Attach proof of payment if available.
  • We reply within 3 business days with approval, questions, or reasoned refusal.
  • Approved refunds are sent via the payment partner; banks usually credit within 3–10 business days, up to 30 calendar days in edge cases.

Timelines

Review up to 10 business days after we receive complete information. Money return up to 10 business days after approval unless law requires longer.
