Видение Гармонии

Videnie Garmonii (Videniye Garmonii) translates directly as "Vision of Harmony." It is the specific mode of consciousness attained by the Adept when their awareness is fully centered in the sephirah Tiphereth, the sphere of Beauty, the Sun, and the sacrificed god. This is not a mere intellectual concept of balance, but a direct, overwhelming perception of the universe as a perfectly ordered, beautiful, and radiant system—a living mandala where every part sings in its proper place.

Position on the Tree of Life

This vision is the characteristic consciousness of the Adept who has reached the sixth sephirah, Tiphereth, on the Middle Pillar. It is the central point of equilibrium between the Pillars of Severity (Geburah) and Mercy (Chesed). In the ascent of the Tree, it represents the first true glimpse of the divine reality from a stable, centered self. The Adept no longer sees the divine forces as external or conflicting, but experiences them as the harmonious interplay of a single, radiant whole.

Astrological and Planetary Correspondence

The Vision of Harmony is directly linked to the Sun, the central luminary of our system. Just as the Sun holds the planets in their orbits by its gravity and illuminates them equally, this vision reveals the central Self (the true Will) as the organizing principle of the Adept's microcosm. It corresponds to the solar consciousness that sees all things as reflections of a single, perfect light, and understands that the apparent conflicts of the lower sephiroth are resolved in the synthesis of Tiphereth.

Historical Context

The term "Vision of Harmony" appears in the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn's system of correspondences, which was later codified by Aleister Crowley in Liber 777. In the Golden Dawn's teachings, the passage through the grades was marked by specific visions or states of consciousness. The Adeptus Minor grade (associated with Tiphereth) was characterized by this vision, which was the reward for the successful balancing of the forces of the Lower Self. It is the direct experience of the formula of the Rosy Cross—the reconciliation of opposites, the death of the ego, and the resurrection into a state of unified, solar consciousness. This vision is also deeply connected to the concept of the Ruach (the rational soul) becoming fully illuminated and aware of its own divine source, the Neschamah.

In the Table of 777

In the column of the Consciousness of the Adept, the Vision of Harmony at the step of Tiphereth (6) represents the perfected, solar awareness of the Adept who has achieved equilibrium. It is the central, radiant point from which all other visions on the Tree are ultimately understood as partial expressions of this single, perfect harmony.
