..............
Tzehabiron (Dzekhabiron), meaning "The Boiling" or "The Burning," is the Qliphothic order that corresponds to the most material and dense sphere of the infernal tree. It represents the ultimate corruption and degradation of the divine principle into the physical world, a state of pure, chaotic matter devoid of spirit. The name evokes a seething, turbulent, and consuming force, reflecting the nature of the material plane as a realm of constant change, decay, and conflict.
Position on the Tree of Life
Tzehabiron is assigned to the thirty-second path, the lowest and final step on the Tree of Life, which is the sphere of Malkuth (the Kingdom) in the world of Assiah (the Material World). In the Qliphothic system, it is the direct inversion of the Sephirah Malkuth, representing the most impure and distorted form of the divine kingdom. This position makes it the most physical and tangible of all the Qliphothic orders, the final destination for all that is rejected and cast down.
Astrological and Planetary Correspondence
As the Qliphoth of Malkuth, Tzehabiron is associated with the element of Earth in its most base and unrefined state. It is not the fertile, sustaining earth of the sephiroth, but the barren, chaotic, and demonic earth—the realm of the "Klipoth" (shells) themselves. This correspondence links it to the material world's most stubborn, inert, and resistant qualities, as well as to the physical body and its most base instincts.
Historical Context
The concept of Tzehabiron, like many Qliphothic orders, is drawn from the later Kabbalistic tradition, particularly as systematized in the 16th-century works of Rabbi Isaac Luria (the Ari) and his school. The Zohar, the foundational text of Kabbalah, describes the Qliphoth as "shells" or "husks" that conceal the divine light. The specific names and orders, including Tzehabiron, were further codified in the 17th-century text "Kabbala Denudata" by Christian Knorr von Rosenroth, which heavily influenced later Western esotericism. In the 20th century, Aleister Crowley and his student Israel Regardie integrated these Qliphothic orders into the system of Liber 777, assigning them to the paths and sephiroth of the Tree of Life. Tzehabiron, as the Qliphoth of Malkuth, represents the ultimate state of materiality and the final barrier to the divine, a realm of pure, unformed potential that is both the source of all physical existence and the greatest obstacle to spiritual ascent.
In the table of Liber 777, Tzehabiron appears as the Qliphothic order assigned to the 32nd path, the sphere of Malkuth, representing the most material and dense aspect of the infernal tree.
